This is a really simple yet slick app where you start by introducing your wake-up time for each relevant day of the week. Then, you define how many hours you want to stay in bed. And finally you introduce as many alerts as you want that let you know how long you have until you should turm off the light.
For example, you have to wake up Monday at 7 AM and you want to stay in bed for 8 hours . You also know you need one hour to prepare and eat your dinner, about 30 minutes to get ready to go to bed after you ate and, once youre tucked in, you want to read for about 20 minutes before closing your eyes.
Getting this into Bedtime Clock is easy. First you set your wake-up time for Monday: 7 AM. Then you set the amount of rest you want: 8 hours. Finally, you set your evening alerts:
- At 0h 0m, so you know its time to put down the book and close your eyes
- At 0h 20m, so you know its time to grab a book and get into bed
- At 0h 50m, so you know its time to finish eating
- At 1h 50m, so you know its time to go prepare and eat your dinner
